This is a preview of the ParloAid website. It is not a certified privacy program, and we do not claim end-to-end encryption or a guarantee about how a future phone provider would handle audio.

On this device we store your language, your region choice (Germany/EU or somewhere else), a draft of the description for this browser tab, and the current task id. If you type an email on the support step, that email stays in this browser. It is not sent to a payment company.

The microphone is used only after you press Record. Audio is not uploaded to a phone provider from this website. If the browser can transcribe on the device, the text is what we would send. If it cannot, we ask you to type.

When an API address is configured, we send the situation, languages, your description, the confirmation, and status checks to that ParloAid API. We do not call the phone provider from the browser, and we do not put API keys in the page.

We do not sell personal information. Calling 112 uses your phone and the local emergency service, not ParloAid.
